SUITABILITY: Ever since he was a tiny turtle tot, Raphael has always protected others. He is the eldest of his brothers, leading them for most of their lives to help protect New York City where nightly missions to do so were paramount in his life. While his earlier teenage years weren't as serious with fighting crime, Raph had to deal with mutants and yokai trying to take over the world, as well as another ninja clan trying to resurrect a demon through a demonic armor called the Kuroi Yuroi. This spiraled into a clan war between the Foot and the Hamato, who had to fight for survival. This ultimately culminated into the defeat of the resurrected and demonic version of The Shredder and prevented his reign.

A few years after the defeat of the Shredder, Raphael had to deal with an impending alien invasion from the Krang, who wished to assimilate Earth and transform all life into Krang beings. Upon protecting his brother Leo from being killed by one, Raph ended up semi-transformed into one of their minions, until he was able to break free with the help of his brothers. Strange occurrences like this only fuel his urge to fight back, especially against people who hurt others, and that teamwork is essential for survival.

Raphael would not be thrilled to not be back home in NYC to protect it, but as soon as he realized that LILITH needed him to help fight monsters and protect the people here? He'd be on the front lines in a heartbeat to save those who needed help. Fighting huge monsters trying to destroy everything around them is so commonplace for Raph that it'd just be another mission to him: one that he'd gladly do.

POWERS & SKILLS:

Strategic Thinking: Raph is pretty quick to improvisation in terms of a plan or strategy to prevent mishaps or injury if something goes sideways on a mission.

Ninjutsu: Raph has been mildly trained from his father, though he's gotten better at stealth, smoke bombs, and disguises. Much of his skill here has come from lots of kung fu movies and simply practicing. He has a decent grasp of speed and agility because of this as well.

Superhuman Strength: Raph is exceptionally strong in physical matters. He works out constantly and is the biggest of the turtles in terms of height and muscle mass. Because of this he is actually unable to go into his turtle shell.

Mystic Energy: Raphael is capable of summoning multiple energy constructs of himself if needed. He also has a shielding form of himself like an exoskeleton around his person if he needs to protect himself and/or others. This allows him to grapple with bigger enemies if it comes to that. He also is able to do it in pieces, such as empowering a punch with the energy, if required.

This also includes a means of utilizing the empowered arm to punch or grab things that are further away from him. Or combine the abilities into multiple arms and using them accordingly.

Ninpo: This power is from his family line. Raph can use this to generate sai, his preferred weapon, with anything at hand if he has lost his original ones in battle.

Mutant Durability: Raphael is an alligator snapper turtle mutant, which enhances his durability in many ways. His shell is incredibly strong, to which he has taken hits that would have been lethal for others. His mutation has left him resilient to taking a beating.

NERFED POWERS: Raph's generated energy constructs are nerfed to only 10ft tall when he generates them.

PERSONAL ITEM: Raph's weapon: a pair of sai. If lost at all, his ninpo would allow him to make another set with a physical object if needed.

CODE NAME CHOICE: If allowed (not sure if punctuation is allowed): R.A.P.H is a canon moniker that he uses in the show. Or "Like A Boss" as it's one of his catchphrases. 

Otherwise a good code name for him would be "Big Red" or "Red Rage" as a codename to use in a network setting. Any of these would suit him well, though I am open to suggestions if any of the previous stated ones are taken!
